隴東學(xué)院是一所全日制綜合性省屬普通本科院校，地處甘肅省慶陽市。學(xué)?，F(xiàn)占地面積1310余畝，校舍建筑面積57萬平方米, 現(xiàn)有全日制在校生18758人，教職工1253人，其中具有高級(jí)以上職稱人員530人，博士、碩士學(xué)位教師814人，國(guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼專家4人。學(xué)校設(shè)有13個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)院,招生專業(yè)42個(gè)，涉及文、理、教、工、農(nóng)、管等9個(gè)學(xué)科門類。學(xué)?，F(xiàn)有1個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)一流本科專業(yè)、2門國(guó)家級(jí)一流本科課程、1個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)理科實(shí)踐教育基地、5個(gè)省級(jí)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科、19個(gè)省級(jí)一流本科專業(yè)、41門省級(jí)一流本科課程、9個(gè)省級(jí)特色專業(yè)、10個(gè)省級(jí)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)、27門省級(jí)精品課程、2個(gè)省級(jí)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、2個(gè)省級(jí)高校重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室等。
學(xué)校重視國(guó)際化教育，與美國(guó)中央俄克拉荷馬大學(xué)、美國(guó)北亞利桑那大學(xué)，意大利圖西亞大學(xué)、俄羅斯圣彼得堡國(guó)立工業(yè)技術(shù)大學(xué)、白俄羅斯國(guó)立技術(shù)大學(xué)、韓國(guó)國(guó)立全北大學(xué)等23所院校簽署了合作協(xié)議，是“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家高校戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟發(fā)起院校。學(xué)校先后派出學(xué)生到美國(guó)、白俄羅斯、烏克蘭、羅馬尼亞等國(guó)留學(xué)。與西安電子科技大學(xué)、延安大學(xué)、天津職業(yè)技術(shù)師范大學(xué)等聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)碩士研究生。與蘭州大學(xué)、華南理工大學(xué)、華東理工大學(xué)、陜西師范大學(xué)、西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)、西北師范大學(xué)、天津師范大學(xué)、天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)、西安石油大學(xué)等九所高校聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)本科生。現(xiàn)有來自俄羅斯、老撾、蒙古、哈薩克斯坦、吉爾吉斯斯坦等國(guó)家的留學(xué)生在校學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)校設(shè)立“ 隴東學(xué)院國(guó)際學(xué)生校長(zhǎng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”,鼓勵(lì)吸收品學(xué)兼優(yōu)的各類留學(xué)生來校學(xué)習(xí)。隴東學(xué)院擁有良好的教學(xué)、生活環(huán)境及優(yōu)良的校園環(huán)境，熱誠(chéng)歡迎世界各國(guó)學(xué)生來校學(xué)習(xí)。
一、招生類別和名額
我校招收學(xué)歷生和漢語語言生。學(xué)歷生以漢語言文學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、信息工程本科專業(yè)為主，具有學(xué)士學(xué)位授予權(quán)的其他專業(yè)也可招生。語言生需取得高中或同等學(xué)歷畢業(yè)證書。
1.學(xué)歷生：“校長(zhǎng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”學(xué)生15人，自費(fèi)生名額不限。
2.語言生：“校長(zhǎng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”學(xué)生15人，自費(fèi)生名額不限。
二、學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)年限
1.學(xué)習(xí)方式為全日制。我校實(shí)行雙學(xué)期制，第一個(gè)學(xué)期九月至次年一月，第二個(gè)學(xué)期二月至七月。
2.學(xué)歷生學(xué)制4年，語言生學(xué)制1年。授課語言均為漢語。
三、申請(qǐng)資格
1.申請(qǐng)人為非中國(guó)籍公民，持有效外國(guó)護(hù)照。
2.身體健康，品行端正，遵守中國(guó)政府的法律、法規(guī)和學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度。
3.學(xué)歷生HSK新四級(jí)成績(jī)180分及以上。
四、申請(qǐng)材料
申請(qǐng)人需準(zhǔn)備以下材料，并將掃描件（PDF或JPG格式）發(fā)送至jwcgjs@ldxy.edu.cn，開學(xué)報(bào)到時(shí)查驗(yàn)原件。
1.本人護(hù)照。
2.《隴東學(xué)院國(guó)際學(xué)生入學(xué)申請(qǐng)表》（附件1），用中文或英文填寫。
3.高中或同等學(xué)歷畢業(yè)證書、成績(jī)單及公證文件。
4.HSK考試成績(jī)單（僅學(xué)歷生） 。
5.《外國(guó)人體格檢查記錄》（附件2）。
6.無犯罪證明。
五、申請(qǐng)時(shí)間
申請(qǐng)者即日起可提交申請(qǐng)材料，2025年6月30日以后（依據(jù)我校成功收到郵件時(shí)間）不再受理。
六、審核錄取及入學(xué)時(shí)間
學(xué)校將嚴(yán)格審核學(xué)生提交的材料，根據(jù)學(xué)生申請(qǐng)專業(yè)和招生計(jì)劃擇優(yōu)錄取。按期向錄取學(xué)生郵寄《隴東學(xué)院錄取通知書》和JW202表，并通知學(xué)生本人。
錄取學(xué)生必須于2025年9月4日至9月5日，持錄取通知書、X1簽證和申請(qǐng)材料原件到學(xué)校教務(wù)處招生考試科
（敏行樓316室）報(bào)到。未履行延期手續(xù)且超過報(bào)到時(shí)間15天者，取消入學(xué)資格。
七、費(fèi)用
1.自費(fèi)生依據(jù)《隴東學(xué)院國(guó)際學(xué)生收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（附件3） 收取。
2.隴東學(xué)院校長(zhǎng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金學(xué)生：免本科學(xué)習(xí)階段（四年） 學(xué)費(fèi)及住宿費(fèi)，第一學(xué)年為學(xué)生提供500元/月生活費(fèi)（共12個(gè)月），從第二學(xué)年開始按照《隴東學(xué)院國(guó)際學(xué)生校長(zhǎng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金實(shí)施辦法》發(fā)放生活費(fèi)。

Longdong University is a full-time comprehensive provincial public undergraduate institution located in Qingyang City, Gansu Province, China. The university covers an area of over 1,310?mu (approximately?873,333 square meters) with a building area of 570,000 square meters. It currently has 18,758 full-time students and 1,253?faculty and staff members, including 530?personnel with senior professional titles or higher and 814?teachers holding doctoral or master's degrees. Four experts enjoy special allowances from the State Council. The university comprises 13 secondary colleges offering 42 undergraduate?majors?across?9?disciplines, including literature, science, education, engineering, agriculture,?and?management.?

It is a founding member of the?“Belt and Road”?University Strategic Alliance. The university has dispatched students to study in the USA, Belarus, Ukraine, Romania, and other countries. I. Admission Categories and Quotas
???We enroll degree students and Chinese language students. Degree programs primarily include Chinese Language and Literature, Economics, and Information Engineering,?and other majors?with bachelor’s degree-conferring. Language students must hold a high school or equivalent diploma.
???1.?Degree Students: 15 spots for President’s Scholarship recipients; unlimited spots for self-funded students.
2.?Chinese Language Students: 15 spots for President’s Scholarship recipients; unlimited spots for self-funded students.
II. Study Mode and Duration
???1.?Full-time study. The university operates on a two-semester system:
- First semester: September to January
- Second semester: February to July
2.?Duration: 4 years for degree students; 1 year for language students. All courses are taught in Chinese.
III. Eligibility
????1.?Non-Chinese citizen holding a valid foreign passport.
2.?In good health, of good moral character, and compliant with Chinese laws, regulations, and university rules.
3.?Degree students must have an HSK (Level 4) score of 180 or higher.
IV. Application Materials
???Applicants must prepare the following materials, scan them (in PDF or JPG format), and email them to jwcgjs@ldxy.edu.cn. Original documents will be verified during registration.
????1.?Passport (biographical page).
2.?Longdong University International Student Application Form (Appendix 1), filled out in Chinese or English.
3.?High school or equivalent diploma, academic transcripts, and notarized translations (if in non-Chinese/non-English).
4.?HSK score report (for degree students only).
5.?Foreign Physical Examination Form (Appendix 2), completed within the last 6 months.
6.?Non-criminal record certificate.
V. Application Period
???Applications are accepted starting immediately. Deadline: June 30, 2025 (applications received after this date, based on email reception time, will not be processed).
VI. Admission Review and Registration
- Applications will be reviewed strictly, and offers will be made based on academic merit and program quotas.
- Accepted students will receive the Admission Notice and JW202 Form by mail and will be individually notified.
- Registration period: September 4–5, 2025. Students must report to the Admissions Office (Room 309, Minxing Building) with their admission notice, X1 visa, and original application materials. Failure to register within 15 days without prior approval will result in admission revocation.
VII. Fees
???1.?Self-funded students: Tuition and fees follow the Longdong University International Student Fee Schedule (Appendix 3).
2.?President’s Scholarship recipients:
- Tuition and accommodation fees waived for the 4-year undergraduate program.
- First-year living allowance: 500 RMB per month (for 12 months). From the second year, allowances will be distributed according to the Longdong University President’s Scholarship Implementation Rules.
